Andy Jaconetta’s journey into the world of automotive repair began at a young age. At around seven years old, he helped his father replace the head gasket on their family’s 80s Chrysler Town and Country wood-paneled station wagon. That early experience ignited a lifelong passion for cars and trucks. Helping his father with routine maintenance sparked a deep interest in automotive mechanics.
Andy’s dedication only grew stronger as he pursued formal education in the field. He attended Vo-Tech high school, focusing on Diesel Technology, and took his first mechanic job, where his boss advised him, “If you also work on cars (as well as big trucks), you will always be in need. Everyone here drives a car to work, but no one drives a big truck here.” This advice became a guiding principle for Andy.
Continuing his education, Andy earned an Associate’s Degree in Diesel Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, all while working at a local fleet to support himself through college and expand his knowledge base. After over a decade of gaining experience and expertise, Andy began working on customer cars in his spare time, which eventually grew into the thriving business we have today.
